A Sack Full of Feathers
Yankel loves to pass along "the latest news" to all of his friends. Unfortunately, he's so eager to gossip that he never stays long enough to hear the end of the story. Soon, he's spreading rumours about every person he sees. The wise rabbi, who watches Yankel spread his stories, decides it's time for the boy to learn the error of his ways. This Kabalah inspired tale likens spreading gossip to feathers being released in the wind. Once you pass along a rumour, you can never take it back.
